Auto SMS
When passion comes with code we developed our most deployed heavily customized signature product named Auto SMS. Auto SMS helps create automated sets of SMS messages that go out to targeted customers or subscribers to maintain a long-term continuous relationship with your clients in the form of Drip or Scheduled. Often created in a template form, where you can have personalized attributes added automatically. We also integrated templated email with Twilio SendGrid for email campaigns and a chat screen for instant replies with the full history of messages. The heavy customization helps you create sub-accounts and even separate billing for each sub-account. We helped them achieve deliver consistently memorable experiences to their customers.
Chat Framework
Chat Framework is an all-in-one messaging software integrated with text messages, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, and web chat with multimedia messages. Multiple agents can log in either with restrictions or without them to access various channels thanks to multi-user features. Without the assistance of an agent, the auto-reply feature responds to requests and also autocomplete easing the burden of repeatedly typing the same scenario.

A Google Chrome extension called Auto Dialer for Twilio Platform offers online calling and SMS functionality. Clients of different ages receive their assistance in overcoming problems including stress, sadness, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, telehealth services can be accessed by phone or video. We developed a patient reminder system.
